Brewing up a Black IPA with Cascade, Summit, Chinook, Centennial, and then we will be dry hopping with Cascade hops in secondary fermentation.
Right now we are Steeping our cracked grains. We’ve got a pound of Chocolate malt, half pound of Crystal 80L, a quarter pound of Carafa III, and 9.5 pounds of LME Dark Traditional.

I figured the top posts when you “explore tumblr” were most likely based on the popularity of that particular post or maybe even the popularity of a submitter but with all of the “Best Tattoo” (from the Oxygen network) pictures being posted by multiple people it’s obvious that this isn’t the case.
It’s pretty sad that this crap is even being advertised on here as the artists on that show seem to do pretty awful work. I now know why Joe Capobianco looks perpetually pissed off as a judge, it’s cause he’s surrounded by hacks when he is at the top of the industry and now he has to be forever associated with the show.
I guess the real pity is that people are actually posting these artists work when there are so many other amazing artists out there who do not get any exposure.
I guess that’s my rant today about tattoos, the moral of the story being get work done by actual artists and plug their name whenever you get a chance.
Do you like Detroit? Cause I’m all about it and I just found a new Corktown favorite.
It’s Green Dot Stables, and let me just say it’s amazing food on the cheap. You just can’t beat it, especially when it will soon be open till 2am with the rumor being they’ll continue serving drinks and food till 4am.
“Everything on the menu will be $2-3 with no additional tax. All domestic beers and well drinks will be $2; all craft beers and premium drinks $3.” Ever found Dragon’s Meade Final Absolution for $3 a bottle, the answer is no you haven’t until now.
I mean where else can you find “sliders like the ‘Au Poivre’ made with beef, peppercorns and cognac aioli; and the ‘Hot Brown’ made with chicken, bacon and mornay sauce, the “Mystery Meat” slider which will be a rotating selection that might be rabbit, elk, beef tongue or other wild game or offal for $2-3 while washing it down with a craft brew for just another $3.
So head on down for lunch between 11am-3pm M-F until they open with their new schedule. Don’t be surprised if you find me pouring you a beer or serving you your food in the next few weeks.

Guy says he created them using his arm and silicon. After, he used a traditional electric system to tattoo the arms. Guy also says he wanted to show tattoo with a real vision in a gallery.
